Since the holidays are traditionally a time when we turn our thoughts to others, I felt it would be a perfect time to feature the Gift Of Lovingkindness group as somewhat of a reminder that positive and loving thoughts and actions are one of the best gifts you can give, not only to your families, but to everyone you come into contact with.
This group offers a place for you to share your experiences with Meditation and Lovingkindness Meditation, to express insights, asks questions and most importantly, lend support to one another in your practice. No strong meditation practice is required. This group does not follow a particular religion and is open to anyone who is open and interested in lovingkindness.
Meditation is also a great way to give back to yourself and relieve the stress typically felt throughout the Holiday Season!
