In response to reports from owners and moderators of large Groups who have been experiencing slow response time when searching their group activity logs, we’ve implemented a timeout setting.
This new setting will limit the initial search, significantly improving performance and response time. If the initial search doesn’t get through all of the activity logs for the group, a "Search More" button will appear to search the remaining logs, which will work the same as it has in the past.
Thank you,

I don’t know what happened, but the search function doesn’t seem to work anymore on our Cathedral Park Condo list. I enter things in the subject line that I know are there and the search comes up empty.
Help!!
Phyllis
thanks
Hi Yahoo Groups Blog,
…i’m experiencing a major delay of all Yahoo services! Calendar e-mailed notifications of meetings that have occurred um, last week for this morning. Then a constant repeated notifications of (again) meetings from calendar entries that were last week.
I do understand that issues, and problems with applications and servers happen! But when I was working at Google, we fixed them by bringin in the nice people from Mercury Interacitive and IBM Websphere.
Please fix these problems, some of us have already jumped ship! I’m being thoughtful, and professional and relaying this information before you impact my own business!

just wanted to say hi to everyone i am new to this so i dont know much about it but i think i will really like it if i can figure out how to blog lol
Meaghan, Go to http://www.freecycle.org to find out more.
Basically, if you have something thats still in usable condition & you no longer wantit I.E. a wardrobe, you offer it on the group, it gets emailed to the members & if someone wants it they come & take it away.
This saves the item from landfill, saves you having to have it removed at your cost & saves someone buying a new item 7 wasting the earths resources.
ON the other hand, if your after a wardrobe etc, you simply ask for one & if someone has one you can go collect it from them.
BUT THIS IS NOTHING WHATSOEVER TO DO WITH THIS BLOG POST!
Hello
I’m really unsure what this website is all about.
But i met this girl Alison at her art show in port credit this summer.
On her card it had this link to freecycle, (save useful items from landfill)
I was curious how this website works, and wondering if anyone could help further explain this to me.
thanks allot
Meaghan
