i contacted yahoo groups customer care on 4th of may because ALL my members received most the groups mails twice – until now this problem is not resolved and i get complain from my members everyday – this duplication of email fill their mail box and i have more bouncing members
when will yahoo be able to solve this problem ? i think the delay is long now !
one more think i alSO contacted yahoo group customer are because the fileS “auto sent to members” are never sent, and same problem nothing is resolved
PLEASEEEEEEEEEE think to solve these problems

I cannot access any of my groups since the att.net merger with Yahoo. Help!

I just realized a couple of months ago, I wasn’t receiving all message or pending members in my email. As I personally approve each new member, there were obviously MANY who never got approved, which I feel badly about.
