I keep getting Yahoo errors when trying to access my Group's Calendar, it says "This service is unavailable at the moment. We apologize for the inconvenience". If I keep clicking refresh, it finally works. My Group's name is "classof1964". It's a real pain when trying to view and make updates to the Calendar. thanks

I'm the co-moderator of the "audreyh" Yahoo Group (dedicated to Audrey Hepburn). For reasons unknown my group has been deleted, or perhaps misplaced. I have an e-mail in to Customer Care (though last time I had a query on an issue I never heard back from them so I'm not holding my breath.). Reading this news about missing groups and the like (not being a regular reader of this blog I wasn't aware of this issue), is it possible this outage being discussed might have deleted some groups? Audreyh has been quiet for a few months, but I've got groups on my list that haven't had a single post in 2 years and are still alive.

Apparently I was mistaken in thinking my Group, Animation Addicts, had finally been migrated to the "fix" for the Message Search problem!

I tried again last Sunday and again today. The Message Search is still not working for Advanced Searches!! I've reported it to the Yahoo link so many times it's rediculous! I'll again report it today!

Thanks for listening to my complaints!

we didn't have message search issues prior to you upgrade to new servers or whatever is was you were doing. Now it has degraded further and I can't do message search under site management. How does one run a group with no tools?

We are having problems with receiving our posts. This has been an on again off again problem for a couple weeks.

Plus our 160 aol members were all bounced. I have worked several days on this problem, including sending bouncing members individually instructions on how they can reactivate themselves. It is now down to 70 members, but our group is for elderly and they are less likely to be able to fix a problem that requires any action for them.

Many had a friend or relative get them online to join our group for seniors and receiving and reading our posts is all they can manage to do. Our mission is to combat isolation among the elderly, so this problem is really excruciating for us.

Is there anything else that can be done about this problem, where we can work around this lack of net savy among our senior members?

Thanks!

We got the messages to come thru yesterday,

but today we are back to not getting messages

I've contacted Customer Care...again.

I spend more of my time with Customer Care than I do on my website....
Hopefully we are nearing the end of this

Hello Melissa, The note about AOL problems contains a link that doesn't work. It's a good looking link, but it leads to an error page.

The issue with AOL members bouncing is still not resolved for the Agbeh group. Thanks for your and the Yahoo Groups Team's efforts at trying to de-bug everything.
