I am having a problem with a group that I joined. I emailed the moderator and they don’t know what is going on. For one of my Freecycle groups it keeps switching me back to individual emails from web only. It was doing it every few months, this week it has been switching me back a few hours. I click on the web only choice, save it, go back and confirm that it is now web only on my manage groups page.

The moderator said there is not a web only option, but it’s there. Why does it keep switching me back and only for that one group?

i have a problem with inviting new members to a group mail which i developed recently. some are successful but majority are not. could you help me know why, and how i can do this?

Hello Administrator,
I too have tried twice to post WANTED and OFFER’s and got the message that the post would have to be approved. After 3 days I tried again…no sucess. So, I emailed Customer Care almost 2 days ago and I’ve still not recieved an answer to my problem. Why? I know “you” can not be help “personally” responsible, but can you tell me WHO can help me?
I have things I want to give to a mother who may need the item I’m offering and I have things I am looking for as well. PLEASE HELP ME!!!

I belong to PKDcure and I have tryed all week-end to find out whats going on but the only note I see is my own what happened. Reading some of these notes I guess its due to slowness is that it does it happen alot? I realy have missed being able to talk to people with the same issues. Tena

Not sure if this is ’slowness’ of the site, or a ‘moderation’ issue.

I tried posting a ‘wanted’ for sandbaggers in a flooding area of my town, and it never showed up on some of the boards. Why not? Just trying to save the planet from all the junk that would have been destroyed in the flood! Hello!

Let’s not forget – community effort??? What’s wrong with that?

I don’t get it!

I emailed the group owner and waiting to hear back.

Maybe I have too many ‘wanted’ posts out there, trying to help other families out and they never see how much my family responds to other ‘wanted’ posts, because, I don’t post things ‘given/taken’. (Doesn’t matter to me to post such things. I helped someone out – that’s fine!)

I will keep up with what I’m doing but I think this whole ‘moderation’ business, needs to be looked into.

I only wish there could be some kind of ’standard’ with all of the Yahoo groups, ie: Freecycle, Freesourses, etc., regarding certain posts (like ‘received, promised, and especially, rehoming pets, etc.’).
