If you’re like me, as one year passes to the next, I often take a few minutes to contemplate the habits and behaviors I want to leave behind and those I’d like to adopt in the New Year. With that comes the formulation of a resolution or two. An oath to do more of this, or less of that, both of which typically have something to do with health and wellness. This year I have taken an oath to make healthier food choices so I can sustain my energy throughout the day and suffer less when thinking about the number of cookies I’ve eaten.
When making any kind of change to habits or behaviors it’s always good to have the support of others who are committed to the same or similar goal. In my quest to making healthier food choices, I’ve recently joined the vegetarian_group, a friendly vegetarian recipe and cooking group.
