SF Bay Area Group Moderator? Come Share Your Thoughts With The Team
The Yahoo! Groups Team is hosting our first-ever Groups Moderator Town Hall next month. It’s happening Tuesday, October 9th from 6–9 p.m. at the Yahoo! Campus in Sunnyvale.
It will be a fun, informal event where Groups Moderators who live in the San Francisco Bay Area and lead active, medium-to-large sized groups (at least 50 members) will have a chance to:
• Participate in a panel discussion with the Yahoo! Groups team
• Meet and exchange ideas with other Bay Area groups owners and moderators
• Preview the new Yahoo! Groups Beta
• Enjoy food & beverages from the famed URL’s café on the Yahoo! campus
If you live in the Bay Area, and own or moderate an active group with at least 50 members and want to voice your opinions on how we can make Yahoo! Groups better, please send an email with a link to the group you moderate to: communityevents@yahoo-inc.com.
I will respond to all emails related to this event with additional details. Seating is limited.
For those of you not in the Bay Area don’t fret, we might just come to a city near you!
Thanks!
