I'd like to see chat rooms associated with the groups return. It would cut down on members sending links to dangerous(because of the bots they send) links to cyber-dating sites being sent to groups by individuals as well as spammers. I first got involved with Yahoo! groups due to a few people from AskMe.com and other Q&A sites wanting to chat and they helped me set up my own groups by joining so I'd have the requisite minimum number of members to start a group.
